There is no such thing as a affordable live aboard Yacht. As the old saying goes, a boat is a hole in the water in which one pours money LOL. Slip fees alone in cali will run you at least 800/month for something this size. Plus allot of marinas only allow so many live aboards. These things take allot of maintenance and its constant. Boats parts are crazy expensive because they are marine quality. The electrolysis and sea air constantly is something to worry about. Seriously, you better off living in an Class A RV then a boat. You have been warned.
