Hmm how about the Hans Christian 43 1988(?) In Milwaukee for 130,00 vs the island packet???? How about the Tartan 4100 1996 for 175 in Annapolis. There's a Swan 40 for low 200s with walk out transom. You seem to be fixated on newer lower quality boats sometimes. Newer doesn't equate with better. Buying a boat is cross over between buying a house and a car. Does it have a new kitchen, new bath how many miles and what maintenance??

All of those boats are overpriced. Been looking in CA and all the boats are high. My fav boat at this price point currently listed on YW is the Hylas 51.

Spent some time on the 53’ Bruce roberts. Definitely a solid overbuilt vessel, very well maintained beautiful classic design. Owners are awesome folks with a interesting history with the boat.
