Not agreeing with your hull repair. You treated the symptom. Feels like you have your head in the sand to the real problem. Using your screwdriver you heard the thud of hollow spaces at the weep holes in three places. Hull repairs are made from the outside even if flaws can't be seen. Should go ahead and 1/2" drill thru the hull from the inside at two of those places to see if there is thinness or voids. Grind and taper 10:1 from the outside the holes and build back with ascending diameters of 10oz roving wetted in with West System or equal……all this per Don Casey hull and deck repair manual. No fairing compound anywhere….use epoxy mixed with mircoballoons.
Understand the $/time pressure of getting out of the working yard. Those weep holes can easily develop a leaking crack between them from hull flexing on a starboard tack in big seas over time. The hull is thinner there already. At this viewing you are probably already sailing again….just keep your eye on it. These things always manifest or worsen at the direst of times.

If you have had water coming through the hull from the outside putting filler on the inside will not solve the problem. Water will just enter the fiber glass causing you more problems in the end. You need to fix this from the outside.
