Try some rectorseal 5 on the metal fittings before sliding the larger hoses (1 1/2” +) over them. Makes install much easier and removal as well.

Is that SS tube you cut out going to seal in that brass fitting……… couldn't you have just used the original hose as is…..and added a hose from it to your anti-siphon loop?

Nice episode! Clean install on the new exhaust. Wondered why previous design had so much dry exhaust. Those flanged ss braided hose are troublesome even in industrial applications; have to be replaced often.
On the vented loop consider adding a shield over the valve area. The valve over time accumulates salt Crystal's and calcium deposits and could leak / spray when under pressure. Not a real problem but the loop is installed near your electrical distribution and batteries. Something simple like a turkey baking roasting bag would work.
Envious you still have the orignal seacock plug valves. Servicing as you have will keep them going for more decades. Mine were replaced by previous owner with Apollo bronze / 316ss ball valves.
Is your bonding system still active to your Seacocks/ thruhulls?
