Congratulations on your progress so far! Senecio rowleyanus will look great, air plants are light, and low-maintenance, with colour options too. They do well in coastal air and look fab when housed creatively: eg Tillandsia in hanging urchin shells or Spanish moss in porcelain planters; hanging planters, wall mounts etc [I custom make these so feel free to reach out].

The lack of proper respirators when spraying and sanding is HIGHLY disturbing to see. Those masks don't do anything. It may be a personal choice for visitors/customers and owners but the workers likely can't afford it – and shouldn't have to pay for it themselves anyway. No job is worth permanently damaging your health. Management should do better.
