The only thing missing is a Hot Tub Jacuzzi. The furniture is also a bit lightweight in terms of comfort, but there are some neat design features. All in all a 6.5 out of 10 for this one

Extremely well thought out,and built.Comfort for everyone.Separate areas for different activities,yet also enough space to share time together without crowding.Bravo!
