There are torque specs for reinstalling the radome. Over or under-tightening increases the likelihood of water intrusion.

Hope for your sake that you ordered two of the replacement radar belts.
That "super smooth bearing" life-span is dependant upon how soon you replace that belt with an original new one. That existing belt that you patched has gotten hard/stiff and overworks the bearings. Cheers!
