  1. It looked like a good, functional boat but it wasn't a piece of jewellery or fine watchmaking. Magic Carpets I and II are both. Is that snobbery or preference? Thank goodness for the preference, you guys do beautiful things. Thank you.

Bravo!

  3. One of many reasons the islands feel so great to roam is the absence of cars and their noise. Some islands have a few, but mostly not. The roads are for walking or biking. Paradise.

  4. I so enjoy your peaceful adventures as a silent, unseen passenger on Magic Carpet… as I tour so many places I will never see in person but can enjoy through your videos. 🙂

  5. I like how you added the sound of the water gently lapping on the hull when you were motoring, with no engine sound. At first I wondered how you muted the engine but when you showed drone view I realized you must have cut the real time sound and added the quiet water sound. Very well done!

As always. You do excellent editing, music, and commentary. A great way you show your artistic abilities. And yes, your friend is lovely.

  6. I never knew the coastline of Scandinavia was so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. I’m sure you’re back in Oregon hard at work on Magic Carpet 2. But I have really enjoyed the Scandinavian summer edition. Cheers.

  7. Great video again from you. Fantastic quality recordings with filmic / cinematisk look and details. The Marstrand area is a favorite in Sweden for Danish sailors too. Understandable that you’re there for the third time already. Wishing you a great journey. / Per, Denmark

  8. Hey, I was feeling a little down this morning, but thanks to you wonderful people, and your awesome Dynamics, I'm actually looking forward to today, so Thank you!

  9. These islands and rocks looks very much like my beloved South of Norway. Lots of narrow water ways inside the open ocean. We always moore our boat longside the rocks. Protected with spring lines both ways and you are "tied for a storm". It's a saying that has been etched into me from childhood. You never know how strong the wind will be when it turns over to north during nighttime. Nothing beats a good sleep, knowing that you are completely safe.🛥🌊

  10. As a life long sailor I have seen many yachts on rocks, beaches and parcially sunk. It never fails to tug at the heart strings. Fabulous modern yacht or old and not so pretty, they were all somebodies pride and joy. As a young man, a long time ago, I had a Folkboat that broke from her mooring in a blow and was wrecked. She was my first yacht but you never forget them. Pehaps decades have made her memory feel comfortable, warm, dry and fast. She was none of these things but she was my pride and joy.

  11. Some time ago you visited a place that another YT channel had and commented that you hoped that your videos could be as good one day. For a while now you have surpassed the quality and content of that channel. It’s great to be part of your journey and I’m looking forward to seeing Magic Carpet 2 bring new horizons and great content.👌

  12. Your choice of music is always great. I don't know what I love more, your beautiful pictures of sailing or the music in your movies. You should make one clip only with music. 10:50 is so nice. Could you please tell me where you get it from. The soundtrack I use leads always to a penalty in youtube.

  13. Well, I see Dini has a cell phone case in red, exactly like mine. Hard to misplace it. And surprisingly, you can misplace stuff on a small boat.

  14. Did you feel the goosebumps. You pushed them back as we both felt them. I goth them cause I skipped your video several times. Then bam I stood and said Okay I hear you and goosebump city. That violin is your tool. I do love a friendly witchy person.

  15. Respecting one for their talent is great. Understanding that you feel so much more. Searching as you are so much more. Knowing there is something out there to guide you. Knowing you can be complete. Will you settle or find the calling?
