Hold on what? Do you know there are only 2 bottom coats you can use for Aluminum boats? That is because you have a metal boat. Yes it costs more but those 2 protect you from electrolysis. If you use any other brands you will grow stuff 4 times faster. Plants love energy. Go to Garcia aluminum boats and read what they say. You do not have a fiber glass boat but yet you treat it like you do. If I was your kin I would bonk you on the head.

If it helps, something we do as fresh water fishing guides is, we travel backwards with the tilt lock released on the motor. It allows the operator to see for himself, and the motor keeps itself higher in the water. Also, when your motor gets fouled with weeds, blast it in the opposite direction (locked in down position). Usually, this clears your prop and shaft...now with all this said those weeds are very thick and you can't tilt your motor so non of this was actually helpful! Keep up the adventures! What are your thoughts on sailing around Brazil? In the years I've been watching a variety of cruising tubers I don't think I've seen anything about Brazil, if I did it certainly wasn't memorable.
