Lady M no security: Winter now but mainly security is expensive.

  • True Gret

Could the "generator" you hear be a marine fresh water generator?

  • Jack Taylor

Hi, bystander is valshda old chase boat

  • BBQ reunie

Just another question for your Q&A . The lines arft are on some tension. Also on the bow moorings. But what is some ports having 1 or 2 meters tide, then the boats will hit other boats or the lines become to fight?

  • BBQ reunie

If I had a choice, it would be Khalifa

  • Rgb Ent

Bystander of Man, very cool! Would be great to see a walk through!
    Great vid! Thanks!

  • Paul Naylor

You can see that nord is the same design just on roids of lady m almost could be the tender great video I think you could do alot more of these around the med …

  • David Scott

Goldie is definitely not an attractive yacht, IMO.

  • Sandra

    Genesia aka Boaty McBoatface😂

  • Anton Dichtl

Bystander needs some TLC. In the words of a broker.

  • Rick Kearn

I'm partial to "Genesia", eSysman, and this episode was interesting insofar as it is yet another format in the multi-format eSysman stable, which keeps things fresh. Cheers.

  • Julian McKernan

Fantastic, just like the old days. Love the Marina walk & talk. Thanks eSysman
    👏👏👍👍🙏🙏

few years ago i counted how much cost gold folie plate for ceiling about 5×5 meters – it was kind of 10 000€ from best germany made materials. so, to plate this yacht actually would cost kind of 200 000, i dont know maybe 500 000. :)) for real. not for rich idiots offcourse. it would be 2 billion for them 😉

  • Jeff LeVoir

Really liked seeing all of the different types of boats. Well done. Thanks. 👍

  • Sean Twomey

It is interesting how knowledgeable you are when dock walking. Boating in January is definitely better in the Caribbean than the Med.

  • Golfer Greg

Just read that Bystander rescued 99 people from Dunkirk, she would have some stories to tell.

  • Helen Shea

Thanks again for the pier tour. I love boats, but live in the land locked state of Colorado. Thanks for feeding my boat addiction. Great video.

  • Steve Ross

Fascinating. Nice break from all the sanctions news (but keep doing that too).

  • M Sr.

    Great information.

  • Øyvind lien

Its hull is bilt in norway by «brødrene aa» the compositt

  • Jeff Baran

Great show. USA Jeff Baran 🇺🇸 FOREVER

  • Morvee

Jersey boat flag possibly another yacht of Roman Abramovich who has a home here and money seized in Jersey Channel Islands

  • Roy Kerwood

If anyone thought that it was covered in gold they had to children

  • Mark Govett

Remember seeing this supposed mega million pound yacht with the broken passarelle. thought it strange for such an expensive yacht to be seen with such a bad fault , Any way, thanks for pointing out it's a trimaran, never realised.

  • John Sikes

The 1934 boat is cool. The 'barn find' comparison was funny. That would be a big barn. It's a shame to just let it go like that. It wouldn't have needed nearly as much fixing up earlier. I'm kind of surprised that a seller wouldn't at least do minimal periodic maintenance to keep the wood finished, etc. Seems like it would have been worthwhile to the selling price.

Pretty sailboat, too. These 'dock walkabouts'/'discuss what we find' are always nice. Thx.

  • Neil bickerdike

Absolutely love these marina walk about. Was getting a bit board of the russian situation with yachts etc. So this is good to see

  • OO

    👍👍 Thanks!

  • Brandon Cole

Along with everybody else I love the pier walks. Nice lil change.

The Palmer Johnson’s boat a carbon fiber, one was built in my hometown in Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin in the US. It was a disaster boat. It was their first one building out of carbon fiber. They didn’t know what they were doing really the game bring any special people in to show him how to do it, and since I was a tri hull, the boat ran terrible for a long time before they got some stuff figured out they went through three different captains real soon. Nobody liked to drive it and kept on breaking down all the time ha ha much the owner of the company then was not a good person to work for I knew were several people that work there

  • medea27

I'm not normally a fan of super yacht designs but I really like the lines on that carbon-fibre trimaran… from that angle @ 0:30 it makes me think of the head of a bird of prey, like an eagle. But I was smitten with the Bystander before you'd even started talking about it's history… there's just something about wooden boats! For me, the trimaran is like the first McLaren F1 supercar… the tug-like boat is a modern Ford F-150… and the Bystander is a 1930's Packard that's been hiding in someone's barn for decades. All desirable in their own ways. 💜

  • Raiko82

would love more videos like this, where you go around and talk about boats.

  • Brian Hiles

I would imagine you are known to superyacht owners and crew, so is there an impediment to just walk up to these people on their cool toys, and just ask them what you want to know?

  • Mark M

Love that video mate, here in Australia we don't get the chance to see things like this. All your videos are interesting but I must say this video is next level. Would love to see a live stream when you do yacht spoting with some of the bigger yachts. Awesome work mate

I like the look of M/Y Khalila. The body lines are dramatic or maybe even aggressive. The colours used and the way they were used are absolutely striking. I'll take it! Jeeves will come around tomorrow to take delivery heh, heh. I agree, Bystander Of Man does look like she just broke outta the fog after going missing a century ago. It definitely is in a bit of a sorry state but I believe that probably lends itself well to the "vintage" vibe we're noticing. M/Y Genesia definitely appears to be an explorer with more function than fluff and I dig that widebody kit she's sportin'. Maybe Lady M's security just got better with camouflage and they're invisible to us heh, heh. Or, maybe, they switched their "Lady" and now they're workin' for Gaga! Thank you for the very enjoyable stroll on the dock, my favourite vessel for today is definitely M/Y Khalila. The eSysman folks must have enjoyed working on an episode that didn't revolve around Russians and sanctions. It's not that I don't appreciate and enjoy those episodes, I mean, we only see the finished product but they gather, verify, compile, present, edit, and publish a much larger volume than we ever see. Well done folks!

Sterling Yacht built a 170F (51.88m) in FRP in the year 1986. The boat was built for Allan Bond and was named "Southern Cross 111

  • Ian Gillett

What a fascinating stroll. I don't mind the weather, it means it's quiet and you can browse uninterrupted. I do like the style of the 'gold' yacht.

  • John McQue

YaY, Yacht Sea's News! It isn't even gold in color, It's baby crap yellow. Prove me wrong, HAHA

  • Gordo

I like the GENESIA best, my daughter’s boat has water running out the side also. She told me it’s from the air conditioning

  • Ian Ham

    She tastes like gold???

  • Lise H

Absolutely enjoyed every part of this. Like many others am drawn to Bystander. I have to say though I really perked up when the big crane appeared in the camera. Thanks for enduring the rainy 🌧 day!

  • Mary Smith

The Genesia would be a great houseboat!

  • archiveDOTorg @thefashybookworm

  • Nicky L
