Hertz tried to scam me as well… DO NOT USE. We used National/Enterprise. They helped us out. (happened in Mexico City)

had a great time in cancun but im never going back every corner i would bump into someone attempting a scam. not my ideal getaway. Also my room flooded at the Royalton and the manager threatened her cartel connects on us with we didn't pay for the damages...and ofc we didnt and nothing happened
