lots of unusual mods over the years from various owners by the looks of it. Unusual tracks on deck for the genoa, gooseneck and spinnaker blocks. Never seen those positioned like that. Difficult to get your anchor directly off the bow. Depends how low that roller furler is off the deck. looks really low. easy access to anchor at the bow is a safety thing, you need to be able to deploy it fast and safely. If you do any cruising, you will want it deployed off the bow, with a roller. Maybe you could install a roller offset to the left of the furler. Looks like a lot of maintenance to do, but all the good bits are there !

I am a sailboat owner, I have found that a full tour of the interior is what I would like to see first ( with deck of course) but we want to see updates and revamps in the cabin, so much content is great if there is cabin design and innovation going on.
