Hi Rick and Lou and deckie Buoy Great idea with the keel haul only other thing while watching the vid i was thinking of was the gopro on a stick but i guess that would of come down to how clear the water was and in my case dropping the lot over the side lolalls well that ends well

A smart Macgyver solution Rick, one to put in the book! Alternative solution- next to a agonising quick cold dip a gopro or similar on a stick to have a quick gander.. in reasonably clear water but not sure that would work in water thats so dark? Hows the drone lookingcheers.

Rumbling noises emitting from below may simply be age murmurs and emissions. I like the keel haul method though a press ganged crew could report back with a visual check.

Great idea for keel hauling! Brilliant idea. Much better than a cold swim, especially without a poopy suit.

You commented the air temperature was cold (saw Rick wearing uggs), and Lou struggling for air. Wasn’t clear where you were. American state of Georgia? Florida?

I have to give you credit for a very clever idea. Not many would have thought to keelhaul the boat like that. Up there for thinking down there for dancing. Saved yourself a very cold swim.
