Hi Sweet Ruca crew. Sorry to hear that your still dealing with sea sickness. Just wondering if you've tried ginger for a remedy. I used to get motion sickness until I tried it and never had the problem again. You can use fresh ginger root in your cooking, dried and candied or powdered it all worked for me. Love your channel. I was down the Falklands in 82, When the ones who call it something else where firing missiles at me. I had just turn 18 on way down. I fought for my Queen and Country. I served on RFA OLNA tanker refueling the warships. Be careful down there it is the weather can change in minutes. We had no hot food but baked potatoes fore five days. Tanker is a big ship yours is not. Fair winds calm seas. Besafe.

Its getting down to the really hairy part of rounding out the continent. Exciting stuff! Roxy sure takes up a lot of bed space. So does my cat. A King bed with two people squashed into about a quarter of it and the kitty taking up the rest. I hope that bottom job lasts you a while, I find that to be one of my biggest challenges, but I am a seasonal sailor. I use Petit's High copper hard paint. Three coats of that last me a long time. I would say between 3-5 seasons depending on my activity.
