Try using a stern anchor to keep the bow into the swell, a lot more comfortable, YouTube about it, easy.

Camera panning is a bit fast and a little sudden in the transitions. If you take your time with each shot it gives the viewer more time to appreciate the awesome scenery. You tell an awesome story, just would be more fun if you slow it down a bit.
