Last year's highlights; beer wasn't too expensive … met sailing buddies from elsewhere, got hammered in Rose & Crown, saw Tom Cunliffe on stage … not quite enough to draw us back this year!

Aaah, thx for the honest review. I went to the RYA dinghy & water sports show this weekend, full well knowing there will be little to no big boats sailing stuff, but it’s right on my doorstep so couldn’t resist to go for ulterior motives

Hi both - thanks for review we were also there Saturday - but don’t see you both we went up as looking for bits for our new yacht (finally arriving next week) and we’re interested In tenders, electric outboards, shipshape bedding etc and various chandlery bits and pieces - was useful without being outstanding , like you it did seem from advertising very much power and I land focussed but as you say worth the trip. Don’t get me started on the working charges but would I go again next year, maybe

Great and useful video. Last year I did go and I enjoyed chatting with you both. The lack of sailor stuff last year did put me off. It’s a difficult event to pull off because exhibitors won’t come unless there is relevant footfall and punters like me won’t come unless there is relevant stalls plus entertainment.. Maybe you should do the sailing marketing for them?
