I think the motor power is 7.5CV meaning "chevaux" or "horsepower". Thats about 6.6kW. Not kWh which is a unit of energy.

Hullo from Sweden!
I think I saw that there was a metal band on the keel. Could this be correct?? Anyway, on my seven meter, double ender wooden boat I have a stainless 3 mm band under the keel, from bow to stern. Also, its a tiny bit wider than the actual keel plank, and it protects the wooden keel plank. Wood is strong lenghwise, but less strong across, so eventually you will kiss the bottom, whether its stone or sand, so I hope you have such a metal band. It will save a lot of repairs in the long run….All the best !! Mikke

That shipyard… really. So, so primitive. What would it cost to add a table saw? To have a proper weatherproof workshop. To have steel rails and bogies to slip and launch boats safely and effectively. The method now is super primitive and looks dangerous. For goodness sake–wooden rails, grease and manpower! That system went out with the pyramids. What about dust collection for the saws. It's a fire hazard with that mountain of sawdust. And what about respirators, eye and ear protection for the workers who have to put up with the primitive conditions. Come on shipyard owner, do the right thing by your workers.
