She's a beauty! It blows my mind that you will be a single couple with that nice, airy space, and yet the La Vaga FAMILY looks like they will have next to no outdoor space for the kids and the cabin will be smaller than the last. Meanwhile, you two, will be living it up in this gloriousness. Congrats!
All very good etc but lets see how it all holds up after say 6 months / 1 year later. At the end of the day boats move flex etc Yes it all looks very good but the proof is in the future as to how good it all holds up . Good luck

I'm afraid to say that the joinery on Spirit Yachts is in a different league to Seawind, but nevertheless I would still prefer a 1370 compared to a Spirit monohull.

I strongly suspect that your dentistry training will soon come in useful for yourself: you will know the names of all the muscle groups that hurt because you will keep smiling for months or years on end without a break, leading to excessively developed jowls.

Agree totally on the joinery, great craftmanship. Also what reveals a properly built boat it is not what you see but what is behind doors, lockers and sinks etc. I have seen so much bad in those areas that it is good damn scary! This one though, looks like it has got it rigth.

I must admit that in my opinion I would never try to travel with 2 tiny kids in such a small space never mind teenagers, but that's just me, I wish you every luck and enjoyment 😉

I wonder if management at Seawind would allow it and if the workers would enjoy 30 min to sit with you and chat about the work they do on boats? I know many only speak in Vietnamese but that is easy in today's world. Just thinking they deserve their day in the sun for the excellence they have done. Looking forward to learning about lightning protection. I have heard nothing will save the electronics…hope I am wrong. Happy Trails
