On a side note the part on the little pond reminds me of the ending of SV Delos videos, Sierra the bike.

It is somehow restful and mesmerizing to watch such a Craftsman create a piece of art. One thing Alidino teaches us is detail and patience. The company who provides this kit should be all over this project as a benchmark for their product! Good chance not even they foresaw such a splendid finish to a kit that moved beyond that label!

Beautiful lines and beautifully built. Kudos Aladino (w/helpers).
But.
Some years ago I built an even tinier cold molded dingy (strips over a mold and carbon cloth/epoxy). Turned out excellently and light. I could easily carry it myself. However, it was too light to row. I flat water and no wind it was ok for one person, but as soon as there was more weight onboard and a chop it was difficult, and with just some sea state = useless. I predict the same with this. And you will encounter conditions when this dingy will be just uncomfortable to use, and perhaps dangerous.
I myself would never have built an all purpose dingy with a flat bottom and without a propper keel and reinforcement. And sturdy enough to keep up with the use and abuse docking the dingy to sketchy pontoons and what have you. Ofc both a keel(s) and copper strips to protect against rocks etc for beach docking can be added later, but why not include this now? And some protective fender rails? Besides, how on earth will you tow this dingy? Will be interesting to see your experiences ....

Don't skimp on rudder area when you build it.
You can always cut down a larger area rudder. It makes a huge difference
