This is from one of your Patreon contributors: I am a 73 year old man who still has salty seas in his blood. I am absolutely so thankful for you two beautiful people! You make me so happy. I watch your hard work, your struggles, and your elation which you constantly share with one another. It is such a treasure for an old soul like me who is now looking back at all the things I wished i had done or completed in my life, but life got in the way and somehow it all passed me by. You two are truly doing what I had always hoped to do, and secretly believed I would some how fortune-up and buy a 75 to 100 foot yacht to live on for the rest of my life. This was a plan I had when I was 19 years old while living on a 25 foot yacht and going to college in San Diego. I look back on those years now, and realize they were the happiest of my life. Just know that not only are you two love birds doing it right, but the way you are sharing it with us out here, good bad and ugly, is a treasure for so many of us, I am sure. Matt, you are SO lucky to have such a creative, patient and lovely woman in your life! Marry her before she gets away!! Kristen, you are so lucky to have such a sensitive and caring, yet capable alpha male to share your exploits of life with! I am sure one day, when you decide to settle, maybe have little ones, nobody would be a more dedicated father than Matt. Clearly he loves you intensely. Honor that, and marry him if he is willing as soon as possible…your chances of finding another male gem anything like him is virtually impossible. I love you both very much, even though we have never met personally, but let me just say, after an entire career in Hollywood as a cinematographer/director/editor and film composer, I have seen it all! You two have won the lottery, and may not even know it! My Kristen-like mate died of cancer way before we had a chance to become a couple. And that was decades ago. It still haunts me. I cannot complain, I've been married basically three times now since then, to wonderful ladies, and I have two wondeful adult kids and 5 grandkids, but the one that got away, and the life on the oceans that I always dreamed of, are never gonna be mine in this life. But through you two, I feel like I am getting a taste of what could have been. Bless you both, keep happy, keep interested, keep afloat, and keep each other gently in your souls and hearts. You deserve one another!!

Omlette secret. Slide it onto a plate from the pan, then flip the whole plate back over into the skillet. It's the only way i can make them without them breaking up.
