I know that some sailors like to sail alone. I don't like the idea as people need to sleep and short sleep periods can cause fatigue and then bad decision-making. I do understand that you sleep in 20 minute intervals and that is what I am concerned with. Glad to hear that you have another set of eyes so that you can take shifts.
