give for the sake of the truth, the explanation of what I did.
When I realised the anchor was dragging (something that could happen especially during an unpredicted storm) I immediately started the engine and decide to leave; I did not try to give more chain ( no guarantee the anchor would have hold anyway) but on the contrary I set the boat free letting chain and anchor and rope in the water.
This was my objective: leave immediately the anchorage, avoid any danger to people onboard my boat and to other boats as well.
