Well I’ve made it to your latest video mate. I’m actually from Kangaroo Island and spent a lot of time on the north coast watching the sailing boats anchored in the coves and wishing that was me. I was part of the kangaroo Island yacht club and I was sailing a similar boat to you which was a Gwen 12 from memory and I think it was a double trap. The pipe dream was to sail to America on a boat that I had built. I’m now 47 and I became a paraplegic almost 8 years ago so that dream is more or less dead in the water. Love your work mate and hurry and put some more episodes out so I can watch and see you get in the water.

There was a steel Robert and a fiberglass boat in lady Musgrave years ago that ended up on the reef during a big storm and the people rescued. The glass boat broke up but the steel spray dragged across the reef and drifted to Qld up north, just had some paint off so they refloated it on high tide and sailed on. I'm assuming you will be going around the top after the next cyclone season? May get to budy boat at some stage

Is your Isuzu engine old school?? I mean old style ignition or the modern computer ignition?? Uhh, Yanmar while an excellent engine but if the module goes down you can,t work on it yourself!!!
