I've never seen anything like that in Thailand whereas in India it's absolutely the normal behavior of monkeys .

After watching this video I am actually glad I ended up on antibiotics in Thailand only for food poisoning 😀 I didn't even want to go near the monkeys near Phi Phi, so I guess that was a good strategy

Maybe stop bringing the tourists to this specific area. Incidents like these are bound to happen. Tourists are warned to stay away from the monkeys but do they listen?

Someone can tell me why large crowd of people just watching and not helping at all… ???
To be fair, I dont understand that for adventurers travelling for years, they did not know already monkeys can be very dangerous, injuries can be very serious especially for children having their faces, especially the eyes, at the same level than the monkeys' arms… they are laughing about it not realising that it could have been much more serious, we are very careful of them in Asia. I live in Spore and I am scared now of those, they come into homes, turn crazy against you stealing your stuff, from finding them cute I now really dont like and dont trust them. Happy you are all safe and sound
