Going on MSC a couple times, Yacht club seemed to be a completely different experience especially if you are looking to have a RELAXING time. Completely isolated areas with little to no kids, bars are always empty, day beds available in the solarium. Its just too much of a price difference.

We just booked the YC on this vessel for the December 30th sailing

Today, we decided to "downgrade" from our YC deluxe suite to an inside YC on deck 16 as the 42% savings was too much to ignore

We wanted to see this type of cabin and imagine our surprise when we saw 16012 which is our cabin!!

I love your comment about MSC plus. I felt the same way about Norwegian when we first did the haven. Everyone said once you go Haven you'll never go back, but I didn't believe it. My family and I are not big on fancy perks or staterooms, but Norwegian took what I consider the painful parts of cruising (embarkation, disembarkation, tendering) and took them away with haven. So now we do Haven whenever we can. I can't wait for you guys to do it so we can get your take on it.
