I have the same unit. It has worked flawless. For 2 years... well I hope I didn't jinx my unit lol. Glad you got it sorted out. I use mine 2 to 3 times a week. I run mine on an inverter my wife and I like our showers . I take a shower every night and she takes one in the morning and at night. We also use deck showers to rinse off the salt. Each fill up is around 100 gallons or more. Couple hours or three is pretty fast. Enjoy your rain man. Good video and review. Fair winds...

rainman should have not only reimbursed you for the repair, but they should also have given you the spares kit....

To be perfectly honest I think I'd be contacting rainman and asking them to reimburse me on that money because like you said it was a quality control issue and only 5 uses thats unacceptable if ya ask me.
