I don't think it's fair to say . Vagabonds 60 to me is a beast super fast and very sleek were the Neil is big and clunky. From what I've seen the Neil is like a teeter-totter bounces back and forth from one side to the other. Were the vagabond and I'll call it the vagabond 60 because that's how you described it stays pinned and not much of the teeter-totter ring I would love to see both of them side-by-side to see which one stays behind. I think we all know the answer to that one ( the vagabond 60)
