instead of ag1 i prefer real oranges, vegetables, and the real stuff …it may be interesting that's shiitake and reishi mushrooms in it, but it doesn't say how much, so it's better to buy this seperate if you want to know an exact dosage…however for a longer passage it could be interesting. but there are cheaper alternatives. i would buy it, if ag1 would change their listing of the ingredients
