Living room = saloon, kitchen = galley,. toilet = head. bedroom = cabin, ( if you are teaching rookie sailors at least explain the correct sailing terms) ,audio needs work , commentary not natural comes across as playing to camera, don't try too hard let it happen naturally this is my opinion which is what you asked for good luck with your journey and fair winds...*( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡° )* P.S its early days as time goes by you will find a rhythm that works for you...
