Mark i said this in the group, but i will say it here as well, I personally love them old Suzuki outboards, they were pretty much bulletproof, And power to weight they are comparable to a 2023 outboard, I’m not a fan of the oil injection (it probably an irrational fear) but that can be easily disconnected and you can simply premix the fuel 50/1, All boat parts shops sell a little jug, it has litres on it, (that means the amount of fuel you put in) and the measure lines at 20/1 30/1 and 50/1 so basically what you do, say you just put 15 litres on petrol in, you get your little jug, find the 50/1 column, and it will show you exactly how much oil you need to add to stay at 50/1. Basically it takes the math away.. I believe now they are serviced, really sand down the leg and prop, and you can still purchase Suzuki grey spray paint cans, So they will look brand new, And because the props won’t be getting any love, if they are the right pitch, (because i noticed only one was a stamped sail, (you basically need torque not speed) However if the props are matched and pitched how you like them, give them a good sanding can use a sanding disc, whatever.. and paint they with a quality paint or prop speed.. I personally can’t see why them engines need replacing, I believe you will get years of trouble free running, I’ve seen comments where people are saying get rid of them? Now you do need my advice or theirs you already have the proof, them engines sat around for 10 odd years?
After a good service did they both run? Yes.. kinda proves they were a good engine?

Sell the motors junk the hulls. Go get a decent glass monohull. That boat is awful mate! You will bankrupt yourself long before it is seaworthy. And even if you get there it will still be inconvenient and expensive.
