Something for your Q&A's – It seems when working charter yachts tip/gratitute can be quite significant. How is this distributed amongst the crew? And especially is it personal or for the boat as whole, how does that work for you guys in the 'tech department' who perhaps has less impact on the mood of the guests? (We all know when tech just works nobody notices and appriciates the preventive maintenance etc)

And I had a question about anchors once they get. Wedged into the ground to stabilize the ship how do you get it out It seems if it's. Strong enough to hold a huge a** ship in place in a storm. Just lifting it out seems it would be hard. Wouldn't it?
