This film is one of my top 10 sailing films. The story you captured was open and sincere, offering one of the most compelling looks into the everyday frustrations living life on a sailboat. Most people take the easy drama of equipment failure or stormy winds, but this was a slow burn of ennui building to unmoored abononment, literally. As always, the cinematography, color, editing, and sound were amazing.
