Will be curious to hear how those batteries work out for you guys. I didn’t hear anything about the BMS but I’m assuming it was from the same company?

I dunno? Removing that "shoe box" table was a good Idea. But; shrinking that new floor space area w/ a hinged flat flush to the seats surface of sorts? You lost me... But hey, everybody has their own logic huh....? Good to have ya along the mid-Atlantic coast.

Hey Eric, Over on "Emily and Clark's Adventure" , another sailing channel, he (an engineer) has created a device he calls a BBMS (battery bank management system) which blends lithium and lead acid to great effect. Just sayin'.

I see your old batteries were installed in daisy chain )each neg to each neg and each pos to each pos). I suggest getting 2 busbars marine grade form Blue Sea 200-250 amp. Run each battery positive to busbar also with negative then connect your inverter to it. This lowers your C charge and discharge to each battery and prolongs their life.

Doesn’t all your cables need to be the same thickness and length from battery to battery to inverter using lithium? Plus you have to maintain your temperature. I would suggest drilling some small holes in the bottom of the cabinet at one end and some holes at the top of the other end and a small computer fan because they don’t draw much energy and have it blowing out of the top, so cool air in the bottom blow hot air out the top. Plus hot air rises, but that would help you maintain battery temperature.
