In the USA we call the “set screws” button head screws. Set screws do not have a “head” and are typically used to tighten a pulley on a shaft or similar application. Sometimes also called a “grub screw”. I’ve seen others, when running a bolt through foam core, drill oversize then fill the hole with thickened epoxy. When hard they drill the final hole. The thickened epoxy will also prevent water from getting into the foam core. Thanks for the videos, love your channel.

The drill should have a negative rake for fiberglss and soft materials like brass ect to stop dig in bite as the sharp edge will want to bite.
