I am a former captain on the 230ft Sailing Yacht Sybaris and 270ft Motor Yacht Alfa Nero. I would not tolerate any of this behavior from crew. There were more ways to get fired and forced to swim ashore with all of your shit. . 1 way to get fired on my boat was sleeping with guests. I will have fire you instantly, and you will swim ashore. Another way was drinking the ships alcohol the alcohol you drank will be deducted from your pay you will be fired And you will swim ashore.
Another way was bringing non guests on board . Another way to get fired was being late I will leave you behind. Another was being a bunk bunny. Sleeping with crew. . Crew relationships were not permitted. Except if you were engaged or married.. fighting or arguing and drama will get you fired. Disobedience from the 1st mate,Chief Steward ,chief engineer, will get you fired. I left those Vessels after they were sold .

These guests are in their 50’s and 60’s and they act like complete drunk chavs, the state of their rooms, blood all over the bed. and the room smelt of fish apparently, how ghastly! As I always say money doesn’t buy class does it!

honestly it was pleasant watching episode 1 without Gary King. His constant sexual harassment of the crew, and the way he forces himself onto the female yacht crew is disgusting, it is really sad how he lowers the standard of awesome series, I sailed for many years and saw firsthand where crew got fired for doing less, I guess his male whoring escapades does create views, thanks for a great show!
