I live on and sail a 1973 Hardin Seawolf and these boats are built like tanks. It's true there is always some project to be working on, but these boats are head turners. Not to mention comfortable inside and heavy enough to take a good pounding.
You will get good at varnishing and also repairing fiberglass if you own one. But they're worth the love and attention.
