I like the indoor/outdoor living style. In regards to the bathtub, I can see what you mean but I look at it in regards to this being a bachelor pad so how often are you going to be awake when your guest isn't. The only complaint I have is the lack of a pool, for that kind of pricing I'd want a pool.

Nice Crib. The price I get it with those views. But that primary bedroom that tub and shower. That’s not going to get it. Seems really inconvenient for two people. And when the fireplaces out size the TV’s makes it look outdated.
