When I saw Matt marking the hulls freehand (rather than using a NASA approved straight-edge), I realized that they don't really care about build quality and Matt doesn't pay attention to detail…
…said no one EVER! lol Seriously though, the freehand marking surprised me given the level of perfection that I'm used to seeing from these two. Hahaha!

Great job! But you should have had a couple of reference marks on some really fixed items like stones and such in case the laser was knocked out of position. But I guess the laser is self leveling and the boat would have been level anyhow just not on the same height.

Can you explain why, now that the boat is together, you need it to be level? I thought things needed to be level so you would assemble the hulls and the bridge deck properly, but, once those were in place and glued up, you didn't need to be so exact. Is does it have to do with installing the interior based on a level line instead of making it consistent with the hull sides?

Jacks on cinder blocks; what could go wrong? Would have sucked to see the boat fall off a broken block. Have you thought of your plan to pull the whole thing out of the tent in the end?
I see wheels under those foam blocks at some point. Are there lifting points on the underbelly – for trailer lifts – as well?

Interesting. I think you should consider measuring in micrometers instead of inches for a little more precision. But more importantly I think it’s time to take a 1 week sailing break. Consider crewing for a week with SV Delos or with Bryan and Blue – then you can just relax and have fun.
