Must admit, as you appear to need a verifiable checking out from somewhere, prior to checking in at Panama, I'd personally e checking in and out of somewhere cheap to do that, prior to getting to Panama. Someone had to leave Panama to do just that, because Panama got very suspicious as to wbether or not the Boat was Stolen (which sounds like an attempt to get a very large ba khander, as that place is horribly corrupt, and I will not be going anywhere bear it, when I head for the Pacific. Frankly, Id rather sail down the East Coast of South America, and cross over to go around Cape of Good Hope, or go throufh the Suez Canal and get through the Red Sea as fast as possible, after waiting for a day of Substantial Yacht discounts, to transit the Suez Canal, say in Turkeye. Safe Travels, whichever direction you take Bob in Wales.
