It comes to my mind, as a owner/operator it would be helpful with all the legal documentation, crew hiring, flag state, etc.

It is a miniature boat compared to this and more of passion project. They have been renovating it for couple of years now. Their quality level is similar as seen on this yaght. Really fun to watch the skills it takes to work on these sort of boats.
