keep as many tools as possible maybe stored off boat – But they can be used as a side hustle eg cabinet work in houses or on boats to keep you on the water financially – many peoples don't have the skills etc that you and the family now possess and will pay good workers – your vlogs are your advertising on the quality and finish on any jobs you build –
