We love our headsets Frik and Petru. We have a Sena set. Keeps the temperature down with no screaming and yelling for anchoring, up the mast and other work on the boat when you can’t see each other. ! You should get your self a “jumar ascender” made my Petz the climbing guys and 2 carabiners. This you put on the topping lift which you leave tied at the bottom and it slides up the rope as you go up on the halyard. You hold this in your hand and it slides up the rope as she pulls you up. This means Petru only has to worry about one line and can use both hands. If something happens to the winch and it does not stop you are held by the topping lift and the jumar ascender. When you come down you press the ascender and it releases the rope coming down. If the other should snap etc you let go the ascender and you stop on the topping lift. Not expensive and safer than you are doing it now. I always wear a proper climbing harness with shoulder straps inside the bosuns chair as well for extra safety.
