Calm sailing.
Just come up the ICW to Oklahoma
You should have put a flashlight on the water. You will see there eyes reflecting.
I'm late but I'm here! I'm in west palm beach right now. The part where you pass 27 that's my route I take throughout the week
🙂
Are you charged money when going through the locks/canals? Pretty cool how it’s done
Be verwy verwy quiwt….I’m hunting crockagators….. Nice video guys!
I like how you said it was cold and you would think we aren't in Florida. Yeah I used to live in Florida last year. I lived there for 2 years. I think I was the only person in Florida that had a Carhartt winter jacket. Everyone asked me why. The reason is because every once in a while it can freeze and I remember hearing that. But when it got cold, I wasn't. You have to be prepared for everything.
2.6 knots
You speed demons you guys.
😃👍👍👍❤
You guys look relaxed and enjoying this part of the trip, good for you. Looking forward to the next video. 😻
Does your electric motor also do Regen? Can you charge your batteries overnight at anchor in the current (I mean flow!)
Awww, when Brandy sees a sailboat smaller than Saoirse…😂
great job capturing the "feel" of this section of your trip. Very very enjoyable video. great job and thanks for sharing this. Where are you headed? I am n Tarpon Springs.
Love this 'slow video' series 🙂 A lot to think about moving around on a sailboat. I enjoy seeing how you two work with each other to get 'such-and-such' done – getting through the locks, maneuvering to grab a line, getting the sails up/down, the anchor, etc. And of course, the scenery and wildlife are also always nice to see! As always… thank you for sharing your adventures with us!
so wild to see you two doing what we did 2 years ago when we took our Catamaran from Tampa Fl to Georgetown SC. We stayed at. the Labell free dock just beside the bridge
Liking the slow flow. More people need to slow down and enjoy life and nature. I'm sure y'all need to get somewhere but guess what I'm sure it'll still be there waiting for you to love birds. Keep enjoying and summer is just around the corner and you'll be praying for a cool breeze. Take care and be safe,,, Lost Cajun
Anchored real close to my house I’m just on the other side of railroad bridge sixth house on the left
What a great time floating through Florida. Great job on the video.
So cool!
How much more power was the engine vs the Electric motor?
Ummmm Beau, life jackets in the lock…
I enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing. 😄
I think you have the same kind of compass I have. Have you had to change the light bulb in it yet? I can't find an identical replacement.
I bet you could catch some Redfish in there!
Sean. Shoulder break almost healed!!!
Love ur videos, no music just real sound.
Your content is always so diverse, there's something for everyone.
Time to get a wind generator for those cloudy days
About time for a new video 😂 I hope y’all’s anniversary was really good!! Y’all are still alive so I’m guessing you didn’t jump out of a plane for this one 😂😂 so if y’all have time to answer how long did it take Beau to learn fiberglassing and doing all the projects that all look super easy to him??? Windows etc.
Hey did y'all get a chance and stop to talk to some of the homeowners along the way? I bet you would have gotten fed well? Lol
Sean
I already commented but I have to say thanks for y’all’s awesome videos and stay safe especially from them gators!!!!!!
❤❤
Glad you were able to give some stats for your electric motor power/energy usage.
Still curious about your top speed and how your energy usage varies.
Watts per mile/knots at top speed and low speed ? Thanks for sharing the adventure !
Seems like it would be impossible to go through those locks as a solo-sailor. Is there a way to handle the two lines when alone?
Global warming
People aren't supposed to be on the draw !
What sail was that you put up ?
Out in the sun to bake off the leeches !
When was this?! We live on the Waterway right by Ortona Lock!
Well done!
