i was going to ask why you didn't do a deep dive into BULKHEADS and the issue that it has become in the Catamaran industry. But then I noticed that you actually cut him off as he seemed to be talking about it - I can't tell for certain as, of course, you interrupted it. @12:35 you shut him down with a reflexive "right OK"... and then skipped through the issue. why would you do this? You must realize that the reason many are watching this exact video is to see, for the first time on youtube, how exactly, Leopard builds its bulkheads. Can you please do an entire video on Leopard bulkheads? Hopefully you already have video on that issue that you can post. Would be excellent watching.

Nice, but.... -- QUESTION -- Because I know that you are a professional, you will be able to accept a small constructive criticism (which you may have heard before). When you are doing an interview or asking questions you have a reflexive habit of saying the "yeah, yeah" or "uh huh" when they are speaking. You tend to do this almost immediately and while they are speaking. It comes across as a bit dismissive or it interrupts the flow of the conversation.(see @12:24 and immediately following where you latterly shut him down with "right. OK. OK." as he starts to answer a question) It would be helpful to listen and simply let the person finish their point and then make a comment. This habit is a bit annoying to listen to constantly as it comes across as a nervous tick or something.. I know you can do better. To solve this, make a determine mental decision not to speak until 3 seconds after the person finishes their answer completely. And then, speak actual words in respond or, if you have nothing to say, simply thank them and move on to the next question. No yeah yeahs or uh huh are needed.
