There are many problems in El Nido nowadays, first the high risk of food poisoning, many of the resturants have very bad hygiene so you get sick all the time, second the sound pollution scooters and lorries all over the place 24/7 third Scammers alway try to sell you something, from overpirced or fake pearls, to taxi and touroperators overpricing trips. El Nido is the gateway to paradise, Philipnne authority need to step up and clean upp the place +dont get fooled by sponsored influencers showning off a prestine calm destination, it´s overcrowded and out of control.
