The way I interpreted the solar panels on houses is that the government will defer or abate payments on solar panel installation and the sales reps will sell them like they're free…the panels save minimal annual money on energy but the panels can cost upwards of the entire value of your house…so basically the first guy used government funded projects to hustle stupid people into unknowingly taking out a second mortgage for nothing in return except a few ugly, inefficient solar panels that actually decrease the value of your home…
