Hello–I'm curious if you booked via a travel agent or directly on the MSC website to book YC? My current TA will not work with MSC because of multitude of issues related to the initial booking–long telephone/e-mail return calls, mistakes, etc. I always like to book with a travel agent when cruising. Did you run into any issues when booking on any of your MSC sailings specifically? Did you use a travel agent or book directly with MSC? Thanks!
