I have made landfall at the bay of virgins twice, the marquesas four times. It never gets old. One of the world's most striking anchorages. I can't wait to get back there. Maybe next year.

That first Island is always a beauty to see. Marquesas, what a beauty. One of the sailor channels went east (it wasn't easy) to get back to the Marquesas because they loved it so much !
