As always, a great video! It’s refreshing to see the details of the demo-and-repair process, as opposed to the “magical montage” where everything is suddenly “fixed”. Of course there always needs to be some in streaming vids. But for hopeful seafarers such as myself, the little details matter. Besides, I have to wonder if it appeals to every sailors’ little closet masochist—as painful as it may be, there’s a measure of satisfaction in tearing into a boat, only to discover a critical problem, and then slightly (or excessively) over-spec the solution! Thank you so much for all you do!!!

Man, I bet 1 1/4" g10 is pricey! Great stuff, but the 1/4" I just bought gave me sticker shock. Where'd you buy it? I need more.

I like using a grinder and 36 flap disk with a dust shroud for quickly removing glass. A lot cheaper than chewing thru sand paper in turbo mode. Try using 36 or 40 in turbo mode for quick removal
