Great video, and the peak in engine revs are probably due to the blocked filter. The filter is lightly blocked and the engine revs up because of less fuel. When the lump loosens the engine gets to much fuel and revs up and takes a little time to throttle down again and resume business as usual.

I think someone dropped the ball there as if she had been moored for a long time with only a partially filled tank a lot of condensation and crud would be in it, I think you would have got it flushed before the voyage. Saying it hadn't missed a beat probably awoke Murphy from his slumber.
